Project Description
Located in the heart of Prospect Heights, 280 Saint Marks Avenue presents thirty-two individually crafted, bright and airy, carefully constructed residences.
In this luxury residence, our team installed Manual Clutch solar shades in the living/ common areas made with a 5% black fabric.
In the master bedroom we installed Rollease rechargebale battery operated motorized roller shades in Acmeda Balmoral blackout fabric. We continued this fabric in the Kids Room, but with a manual clutch operation.
Lastly, the bathroom features a manual clutch Roller Shade with an Acmeda Solar fabric.
