Project Description
This beautiful 20-story residential building built in 1957 is located in the charming Upper East Side neighborhood.
This luxury condo features Rollease Acmeda motorized roller shades throughout.
In the common areas, which include the living room and kitchen, we installed Rollease Acmeda privacy shades in a balmoral fabric. The rollers are incased in custom fascia for a nice clean look.
The bedrooms feature dual shade which consist of privacy and blackout shades. These were installed with side channels to prevent light from entering from the sides, offering the ultimate room darkening experience. Like the other treatments the rollers are encased in custom fascia for a clean appearance.
